HDL choose to use Resene paint.  For many years Resene's have actively improved the sustainability of their products and systems. Sustainable decorating is more than just choosing an Environmental Choice approved paint.  It is also making sure that it is applied in an environmentally responsible manner following sustainable principles.

Resene have developed the Resene Eco.Decorator programme and only contractors who successfully meet standards set by Resene paints can promote themselves as authentic Resene Eco.Decorators.  The programme has been designed to recognise environmentaly responsible, quality focussed painting contractors and contractors undergo an assessment from Resene which includes principles in practice, sustainable work practices, waste management, project plans and project sign off processes.
