Maintenance Program

HDL's maintenance and repairs program

If elected, HDL will carry out six monthly Inspections and we will provide a comprehensive Maintenance Report to the Property Manager or Owner.

If defects are found which are covered by HDL’s Guarantee, these will be repaired at no cost to you.
If the inspection reveals damage or wear and tear which is deemed to be beyond HDL’s guarantee, we will provide quotations for the remedial work and await approval.

Our Comprehensive reports will be forwarded to you within ten days of the inspection along with any quotes for Chemical Washes, building defects and the like.

This program will continue for a period of seven years unless agreed otherwise after consultation with the client.

We will liaise with the tenants, property managers or owners throughout the whole process 

Maintenance and repairs include the following and more 

• Annual or Biannual Chemical washes to property

• Removal of moss and mould

• Roof guttering and tiles inspections, painting and maintenance

• Surface inspection to all areas.

• Graffiti removal and graffiti guard application.

• Rust and Corrosion treatment - prevention 

• Pre-Sale inspection reports and repairs

• Long-term maintenance planning.

• Preventative maintenance, 

• Paint restoration.
